Care
Today's office cannot function without
computers and their networks running smoothly and efficiently. That’s
where a Total Care package from iCANTU Network, Inc. can help. There
are three levels of services available:
Total Care: If you
own a small to medium-sized business, this package is just right
for you. Instead of having to have a very expensive in-house IT
support staff, you have us! Total Care is a two-year membership
subscription service that provides you with secure unlimited telephone
and internet remote desktop support. Total Care is designed to offer
you quick solutions to your computer problems, so you experience
little to no downtime. And if we can’t solve your problem
remotely (and chances are, we can), we discount our on-site services
to you by 25%. This discount also includes any computer-related
products purchased from iCANTU Network. With Total Care, you have
the option to add on additional services such as local and internet
security, remote backup services and extended warranties for your
network computers and equipment.
Total Care Lite:
Need a little less coverage? This is the perfect choice for the
small office or home office. You still get the same access via telephone
or internet to our IT support staff, but calls are limited to 15
minutes per incident. (Please note: the majority of problems can
be solved in 15 minutes or less!) If you do need more than 15 minutes,
however, that support is discounted 40% off our standard rates.
And of course, if onsite computer repair service support ends up
being needed, you’re entitled to a 20% discount off our standard
rates. This annual membership program is available for a monthly
fee of $49.
Total Care Premium:
This is Total Care and then some! We will offer your company a three-year
subscription service which includes unlimited support for your IT
environment, including total security monitoring. We will also be
available for staff meetings and strategic IT planning and consulting.
With Total Care, you will be assigned
a support phone number, and a primary support engineer who will
know all about your computers and network – thus guaranteeing
